Toddler Has Multiple Heart Surgeries AND The Biggest Smile When He Takes His First Unassisted Steps!

Xander also suffers from other health problems like acute apnea, gastrointestinal and stomach issues.

The three-year-old also has hypotonia, or under-developed muscles which forces him to use a specialized walked to help him move.

Sadly, Xander has brain damage as a result of a pediatric stroke that followed his heart surgery in April.

One month later, Xander did the unthinkable – and incredible – when he took his first unassisted steps.
