This is the year 2018 and we can all agree that there is no place for bullying if we want to make the world a better place to live.
The simple idea of being kind to someone shouldn’t have to be debated, it should just be.
Yet, time and time again we see teens so tortured by bullies that they take their own life.
It is never okay to make someone else feel like they aren’t worth anything, whether it’s happening in person or online.

We know this. We preach to our kids and our friends about the importance of treating others with kindness and respect.
Yet, the bullying continues.
Many of us say, “I wouldn’t allow myself to be bullied” or “I would stand up to a bully,” but is it just lip service? If we are put in those direct situations, do we confront the bully or do we stay silent?
It’s a question Burger King asked. The answer they got was a little surprising.
